There are just four easy steps to begin:

1. Download your tax preparation checklist below.  This form will tell you which documents you will need to include in our correspondence or to bring to our initial meeting.

2. Download your tax questionnaire below.  Fill out the tax questionnaire sections that apply to you.  On the lines for which you have tax documents, such as W-2's or 1099's, just check the box or write in "See W-2" or "See 1099."  Then enclose all source documents when you send your information to us.

3. Download our engagement letter.  Enter your name(s) and address, the name(s) or the state return(s) needed, which types of returns (personal, business or both) and then sign and date on the lines at the bottom of the page.

4. Send us an e-mail at taxesforu@cox.net or call us to advise us that you wish to engage us to prepare your tax returns, and we will tell you how to deliver your questionnaire, engaqement letter and tax information documents to us or we may set up a meeting.
